We are dedicated to fostering a culture of kindness, inclusivity, and understanding, inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ, to create a more just and compassionate world for all.
Our Vision
Our vision is to help those that are in need. We value the lives of people, and we do understand that struggles come. We believe in developing the mind to have high expectations and accept nothing less, but to succeed and be evident no matter what obstacle(s) an individual or family may face. We welcome individuals from all religious faiths, without regard to race, disability, or family background. Our true vision for this organization is to serve God and help people.
Our History
Tulsa Beautiful Gates Church of God In Christ was founded by my father, the late Bishop Elijah Hill, Sr along side my mother the late First lady Marzelia Hill in 1973. My parents served as the leaders of their church and community for nearly 31 years. They were true warriors of God and labored night and day in the ministry to do the work of the Lord. They touched the lives of many men, women and children through their labor for God. My parents believed in empowering people and to trust in God for all things. My mother, Marzelia Hill passed away on September 26th, 2004 due to a brain aneurysm and my father passed away on April 5th, 2017 due to Dementia. My parents left behind a great vision that is being continued by their eldest daughter, Alisha Hill-Payne. This organization is in memory and honor of my parents, who devoted their lives to God and to the needs of others.

About The Founder of The Organization
My Background
Based in Tulsa OK., with her husband and stepson. Alisha has one adult son who is also based in Tulsa, OK. Alisha Hill-Payne grew up as a Pastor's Kid (PK) along with her four siblings in the COGIC denomination. Alisha is the fourth child out of five children. Alisha's parents, the late Bishop Elijah and First Lady Marzelia Hill were the Founders and Pastors of Beautiful Gate Outreach COGIC. Alisha worked in the music, children's and community culinary outreach ministries in her parent's church from a child to adulthood. In her professional career, Alisha has worked for non-profit organizations with an emphasis in Geriatric Health. Alisha currently works as a Secondary School Counselor for a Public School District. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Leadership, and a Master of Arts in Human and Health Services Administration from The University of Oklahoma. Alisha also holds a M.Ed. in Special Education Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

We believe and trust fully in God the Father and Jesus Christ His Son. We hold the Bible as my supreme and final authority for doctrine and practice. We believe in salvation, sanctification, and the filling of the Holy Spirit.
